Ancora pochi minuti e poi prenderà il via lo spoglio delle schede elettorali che sancirà il nuovo governatore della regione Sicilia. Si è votato fino alle 22 di ieri sera ma a trionfare, come ampiamente pronosticato, è stato l’astensionismo. Ha votato solo il 47,42 per cento dei siciliani aventi diritto pari a 2.203.885 elettori. Impietoso il confronto con le ultime tornate elettorali. Nel 2008 (si votava anche per Camera e Senato) votò il 66,68 dei siciliani, nel 2006 il 59,61. In provincia di Catania il comune con la più alta affluenza: Maniace con il 77,76 per cento. Messina la provincia con la più alta percentuale di affluenza (51,32), Caltanissetta quella più bassa (41,34). Questi i risultati del primo exit poll su Palermo di ieri sera: Cancelleri, M5S 27,46%; Musumeci 23,35; Crocetta 21,40%; Miccichè 14,24; Marano (Sel+IdV) 9,76%. La fonte è il sito Palermo Report.
