Condannati in tre, assolti in cinque. E’ questa in estrema sintesi la sentenza di primo grado emessa ieri dal secondo collegio del tribunale di Agrigento per quanto concerne il processo Ouster. E’ caduta l’aggravante dell’aver agito con metodo mafioso. La direzione distrettuale antimafia aveva chiesto la condanna di tutti gli imputati. Tre condanne come detto, con assoluzioni da alcuni capi d’imputazione, e cinque assoluzioni complete. Il processo Ouster, come si ricorderà, aveva preso le mosse da una retata che nel dicembre del 2012 aveva portato all’arresto di 6 licatesi. La sentenza emessa ieri pomeriggio, con collegio presieduto da Luisa Turco, a latere Francesco Paolo Pizzo e Francesco Gallegra. Inflitti 8 anni e 4 mesi di reclusione a Pasquale Antonio Cardella di 63 anni; 6 anni e 6 mesi ad Angelo Occhipinti di 60 anni; 6 anni a Giuseppe Galanti di 56 anni di Licata. Assoluzione per Giuseppe Cardella di 34 anni, di Licata, e Giuseppe Claudio Cardella 39 anni di Licata, per “non aver commesso il fatto”, Gianluca Vedda 40 anni di Licata e Michele Giorgio 58 anni di Canicattì, perché “il fatto non sussiste”.
