Ha preso il via un altro torneo individuale di quarta Categoria per il Tennis club Sant’Angelo di Licata. Alla manifestazione, che si disputerà ad Agrigento nel corso delle prossime due settimane, parteciperanno diversi atleti del circolo licatese: Davide e Luca Potenza e Giuseppe Licata per quanto riguarda il settore maschile. Invece per il settore femminile parteciperanno: Jessica Polito, Desirèe di Pietro e Roberta Profumo. Il torneo è iniziato con una vittoria per Giuseppe Licata. Il tennista licatese ha battuto nel primo turno del tabellone intermedio, il ravanusano Dispenza per 6/3 6/1. Straordinario anche l’esordio di Luca Potenza che ha iniziato il suo cammino con una grande vittoria e ieri, nel primo turno del tabellone intermedio, ha battuto Montanti per 6/3 6/2 e giocherà il prossimo turno contro Damian Szyszka di Camastra. Anche nella città dei Templi Luca non ha perso occasione per confermare il suo eccellente talento. Inizia invece oggi l’avventura per due delle tre ragazze del piccolo circolo diretto dal presidente Pippo Cellura. Oggi scenderanno in campo Roberta Profumo e Jessica Polito, che disputeranno i loro incontri rispettivamente alle 10 e alle 15.
