Prosegue l’impegno del Tribunale per i Diritti del Malato nell’attività di tutela dei diritti dei cittadini malati con l’apertura di un nuovo spazio dedicato alle malattie croniche e rare. Attraverso l’ “Osservatorio Permanente MCR” si intende dare voce alle persone colpite da tali malattie per offrire loro un’occasione ulteriore di informazione e di tutela. Per questo si invitano le associazioni dei malati che già operano sul territorio e chiunque soffra a causa di queste malattie a rivolgersi alla sede per ricercare, insieme, risposte adeguate ai bisogni dei pazienti e dei loro familiari e per dare maggiore “visibilità” alla cronicità in generale. Il tribunale esprime un sincero ringraziamento al Primario Emerito di Pediatria, dottor Vincenzo Marrali, che ha accolto il nostro invito aderendo all’iniziativa; un importante punto di riferimento per affrontare i temi legati a tali patologie quando ad esserne colpiti sono i Bambini. Le attività dell’Osservatorio saranno coordinate da Maria Grazia Cimino e Anna Catania.
