Grazie all’intervento di una pattuglia dei vigili urbani di Licata un uomo è riuscito ad evitare l’aggressione di due grossi cani. Gli animali, un pitbull un rottweiler, hanno prima fatto razzia di galline e poi hanno puntato dritto al proprietario del fondo agricolo che ha dovuto per necessità rifugiarsi sul tetto di una delle serre. Il comandante della polizia municipale di Licata, Giovannella Incorvaia, raccolta la segnalazione è intervenuta in contrada Carrubbella Santa Zita. Sono stati sparati alcuni colpi in aria che hanno messo in fuga gli animali e consentito all’uomo di scendere dal tetto della serra. Un esempio di prontezza da parte della Polizia Municipale che ha evitato di colpire gli animali e consentito all’uomo di mettersi in salvo. Contestualmente l’ispettore di Polizia Municipale Giuseppe Peritore è stato morsicato da un cane mentre effettuava la notifica di un atto. Ferito alla gamba ha dovuto fare ricorso al pronto soccorso per essere medicato.
