L’Anas comunica che prosegue l’impegno congiunto della Società e degli Enti locali per migliorare la circolazione nell’area interessata dalla limitazione stradale conseguente al cedimento di una campata del viadotto “Petrulla”, al km 4,500 della SS626 dir, tra i Comuni di Licata e Ravanusa, in provincia di Agrigento, occorsa lo scorso 7 luglio. Come concordato nell’ultima riunione presso la Prefettura di Agrigento, domani lunedì 18 agosto si procederà a un sopralluogo congiunto (Provincia, Comuni, Polizia Stradale e Anas) per valutare l’eventuale utilizzo delle strade provinciali SP6, la SP67 e la SP72 al fine di migliorare il sistema dei percorsi alternativi. Nel frattempo, l’Anas ha avviato le procedure per l’appalto di ulteriori lavori di ripristino e messa in sicurezza della strada statale 123, per un importo di circa un milione di euro. Inoltre, nel corso della riunione presso la Prefettura, l’Anas ha escluso l’ipotesi di una bretella di by-pass al viadotto, a seguito di un’indagine sul viadotto Salso (immediatamente a valle del Petrulla) che rimane non transitabile.
