All’albo pretorio online del Comune, n° 50 del registro, è stata pubblicata una nota a firma del responsabile del società concessionaria del servizio di gestione, riscossione e accertamento delle entrate comunali “Engineering” avente per oggetto: “Comunicazione applicazione mini IMU”. La nota, dopo avere illustrato il contenuto del decreto legge 133 del 30 novembre 2013 che ha soppresso la seconda rata IMU per le abitazioni principali, per gli immobili degli IACP e delle cooperative edilizie a proprietà a proprietà indivisa per i terreni agricoli ed in fabbricati rurali strumentali, scendendo nel particolare che riguarda il Comune di Licata, così recita: “Il Comune di Licata ha approvato, con delibera n° 97 del 20/11/2012 la revoca della deliberazione adottata dal Commissario Straordinario n° 20 del 3/5/2013 e le aliquote IMU per l’anno 2013 (Immes) che, per la prima casa risulta pari allo 0,6 per mille, pertanto l’imposta da pagare per le prime abitazioni entro il 24 gennaio 2014 sarà pari al 40% della differenza tra IMU calcolata con aliquota 0,6 per mille e quella calcolata con aliquota 0,4 per mille”.
