Prosegue a ritmo serrato la raccolta fondi per il ripristino della tradizione della festa patronale di Sant’Angelo Martire accompagnato dai quattro ceri. A curarla è l’associazione “Vivere Licata” diretta da Ivan Marchese che ha già realizzato le prime due “ntorce” che sono state presentate alla cittadinanza in occasione delle scorse festività patronali di maggio e di agosto. Il terzo cero è già realtà e manca davvero poco per concluderne la realizzazione che è curata dall’artista di Naro, Eugenio Scanio che ha già realizzato gli altri due. La raccolta dei fondi però continua perché, completato il terzo, ci si dovrà tuffare sul quarto. L’obiettivo e la speranza di Ivan Marchese e di tutta l’associazione “Vivere Licata” è di riuscire a completare i ceri per le prossime feste di maggio, restituendo a Sant’Angelo Martire il tradizionale accompagnamento. La raccolta è proseguita anche durante le festività natalizie con l’associazione che ha organizzato una mostra di presepi propedeutica alla raccolta di fondi per finanziare i ceri.
