Il viaggio della campagna “Cento Strade, Natale Antiracket” dopo aver attraversato Campania, Puglia e Calabria ha raggiunto la Sicilia. La prima tappa siciliana di questa iniziativa è stata Licata. Stamattina il corteo, con alla testa Renzo Caponetti (presidente dell’Associazione Antiracket e Antiusura di Gela), ha iniziato il suo precorso intorno alle ore 10 e durante il suo svolgimento Caponetti insieme al vice-prefetto Carmelina Guarneri, al vice questore e ad una nutrita rappresentanza di Forze dell’Ordine è entrato all’interno dei tanti esercizi commerciali di Corso Umberto che hanno aderito all’iniziativa. Tiepida a dire il vero la risposta della cittadinanza licatese che probabilmente non è stata informata a dovere sull’importanza della giornata. L’iniziativa “Cento Strade, Natale Antiracket” nasce con il partenariato del ministero dell’Interno e della Federazione Antiracket Italiana, che a Licata era rappresentata dal coordinatore del progetto Pippo Scandurra, e la tappa successiva sarà nella città di Gela dove il corteo si formerà lunedì prossimo. Il comune di Licata era rappresentato dagli assessori Pino Barbara e Patrizia Urso.
