A breve ruspe in azione (dopo Agrigento) anche a Licata. Dalla Procura della Repubblica di Agrigento è partito un provvedimento, indirizzato al dipartimento Lavori Pubblici e Urbanistica e pertanto al Comune, con il quale si diffida l’Ente ad attivarsi per demolire gli immobili abusivi realizzati non in conformità con quanto previsto dal piano regolatore e dalla legge e acquisiti al patrimonio comunale. Il Comune dal canto suo si è mosso con celerità e, sull’Albo pretorio on line del sito istituzionale dell’Ente, è già stato pubblicato un bando di gara avente per oggetto “Accordo quadro per regolare l’esecuzione dei lavori di demolizione immobili abusivi“. Si partirà con la demolizione di una decina di costruzioni abusive, di cui verrà a breve fornito l’elenco.
