Tre arresti sono stati effettuati dai Carabinieri della Stazione di Palma di Montechiaro e successivamente convalidati dalla competente Autorità Giudiziaria, prontamente informata dai militari operanti.Si tratta di tre rumeni già noti alle Forze dell’ordine per i loro precorsi con la giustizia, Corban Dorinel Alexandru, di 50 anni, Xenjolposchi Florin, 53enne e Moisei Robert, 21 anni, tutti disoccupati domiciliati a Palma di Montechiaro. Più in dettaglio, i Carabinieri, chiamati ad intervenire in via Dante Alighieri, accertata l’avvenuta rissa aggravata per futili motivi fra i tre contendenti, li hanno dichiarati in stato d’arresto. Presso la locale Guardia medica gli stranieri sono stati medicati e dimessi con prognosi dai 2 ai 5 giorni per ferite varie conseguenti alle violente botte che si erano dati.Dopo il rito direttissimo, l’Autorità Giudiziaria ha disposto la traduzione in carcere di Moisei mentre per gli altri due ha adottato la misura coercitiva dell’obbligo di dimora.
